Terms of Service

Fulminare is an autonomous agent that performs work on your behalf on cloud sandboxes, including running commands, editing files, browsing the web, and calling third-party APIs you connect. You are responsible for the tasks you ask it to perform and for reviewing its output before relying on it.

• Use the Service lawfully and only on systems and data you're authorized to access.
• Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't use the Service to build malware, spam, or to violate others' rights.
• Review agent actions on anything irreversible before it acts on your behalf.

When you connect a third-party app, you authorize Fulminare to access that app's data and take actions using the scopes you grant. You can revoke access at any time in Settings. Your use of connected apps is also governed by their terms.

Paid plans bill monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan carries usage limits, enforced in real time:

Daily limits reset at midnight UTC; weekly token budgets reset Monday; overnight-run allowances reset on your monthly billing date. Hitting a limit pauses new runs until the window resets or you upgrade — it never deletes work in progress. We may adjust limits or pricing with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service is provided “as is.” Autonomous agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for verifying results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
